OM RASA
is pleased to announce the release of our first CD recording, entitled Raga Fission.
The album features six tracks recorded in 2007

Penumbral - Monsoon Delta - Impromptusion
We believe that they break new ground in the genre of world-fusion music.
We are developing an American music for Indian classical instruments, combining sitar and surbahar with kanjira and ghatam, and drawing inspiration from within and beyond the classical traditions that created them.
Above all, the music of OM RASA is about free invention,
and the willingness to follow our own musical instincts, wherever they may lead.
